Birdwatchers Blend is a smooth & nutty blend of Guatemalan Atitlan and Mexican Chiapas coffees from shade-grown farms; giving great taste while protecting migratory songbird habitat.

The Guatemalan beans are grown in the communities of Santiago Atitlan and San Juan La Laguna; the Mut Vitz cooperative, 600 families from 26 communities in San Juan de la Libertad, provides the Chiapas beans. These communities work with intention to maintain their cultures despite centuries of political and social pressure to assimilate, and they pay a high price for their beliefs.
