Poster - Angel Quilt

Reproduction of an incredible 98x82" quilt made from fabric, beads and found objects. The Angel is artist Ellen Blalock's aunt who, after she had died, appeared in her daughter's dream predicting she would have a daughter even though she and her husband had no plans for a child. Nine months later she had a daughter. The Quilt Project, numbering more than 20 quilts, is Ellen's remarkable way of honoring her elders, sharing history and celebrating the love and strength of family.
