We guarantee your satisfaction with all our products. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we'll make it right. Return your item within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping & handling).
What is your return policy?
- If you're unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your order for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt (excluding shipping & handling charges).
- Returns made after 30 days will receive merchandise credit for the value of the item (excluding shipping & handling).
- All returned items must be in new, resalable condition.

If you're making an exchange, please include your full name, address, and any special instructions (size, color, replacement item) with your return. We'll cover the cost of shipping your exchanged item back to you at no additional charge.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return. Please allow a full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your card statement.
Do you cover return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. However, if you're exchanging an item, we'll cover the cost to ship your new item back to you at no charge.
I received a gift. Can I return it?
Yes. Gift returns are issued as store credit for the value of the merchandise.
Are any items final sale?
Dated items, such as calendars and datebooks, are final sale after January 31st of the year they're dated for.
International orders
International orders can be refunded; however, shipping costs to send the item to us and back out to you are the customer's responsibility.
