Holiday Card - Finding Joy

Lisa Kane has worked at Syracuse Cultural Workers since 2021. She is the bookkeeper and helps out in other departments as needed. When not at work she loves to go for adventures with her camera. Whether on land or in the water she is always happy to find cool things out in nature. Growing up in a house where Danish Fairy Tales about trolls were read and respect for nature was taught, Lisa was destined to fall in love with Thomas Dambo's Trolls. Mrs. Skipper was the first troll Lisa got to "meet" in person and certainly won't be her last. The Trolls are accompanied by narratives that blend folklore, environmentalism, and community participation, all things that Lisa can relate to. Each Troll is made entirely from recycled wood and carry messages of saving our Earth for future generations.
