In 2003, political scientist Laurence W. Britt identified fourteen common warning signs of fascism after studying seven fascist regimes: Hitler's Nazi Germany, Mussolini's Italy, Franco's Spain, Salazar's Portugal, Papadopoulos' Greece, Pinochet's Chile, and Suharto's Indonesia.
Today, many see these same signs emerging in the United States. Know them. Watch for them. Take action.
