Customer Service Lead
We are looking for a dynamic, creative person to join our customer service team to help us meet the political moment, and prepare for the future.

Responsibilities

Coordinate SCW’s customer service work

Assist customers in the store, on the phone and online

Find creative solutions to customer concerns

Enter orders into the computer

Partner with Operations Manager to oversee part-time customer service staff, train and supervise seasonal staff (fall)
- Manage wholesale customer relationships, including day to day contact and orders.

Share in broader office and online tasks, errands
- Participate in transition to a worker cooperative

Internships @Syracuse Cultural Workers
We're looking for an unpaid intern for the summer.
Social Media Marketing Intern– work with our marketing team to craft and share posts, reels and other contents to engage with people across the country who might be interested in our peace and justice products. SCW currently posts on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, BlueSky and TikTok.
